Verification visits were conducted to enterprises where young people who were employed as part of the project “Building the Resilience of War-Affected Communities in Sumy Region” undergo internships for residents of the Lypovodolinska and Synivska communities of Sumy region.
The visits were conducted in the city of Romny, Sumy region. All participants noted that they were very satisfied with the places where they were employed. Employers noted that young people are confidently acquiring new professions and developing their skills.
The project is implemented by the HelpGroup Foundation in partnership with JERU – Joint Emergency Response in Ukraine
and is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
